1. No Refunds
   Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the license key has been delivered.

2. Exceptions
   If the plugin is completely non-functional on a supported system (Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 v25.5+ or 2026), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case individually.
