Terms of Service – CutMap

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing or using CutMap, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License
   CutMap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on up to 2 devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. Free Trial
   CutMap offers a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a one-time payment of $19 is required to continue using the plugin.

4. Payment
   CutMap is a one-time purchase of $19. Payments are processed by Paddle.com who acts as merchant of record. All taxes and VAT are handled by Paddle.

5. Disclaimer
   CutMap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the plugin.

6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by Polish law.
